Currently, since July 2016 I am performing the duties of Security Team Manager. Leading and coordinating daily security operations, managing roster, monitoring compliance, maintaining standards, driving and controlling performance, completing daily equipment’s audits, responding to security breaches and incidents, conducting investigations, profiling passengers and resolving alarms. Providing line management support to a team of 10 to 20 officers, conducting disciplinary, capabilities and RTW work meetings. Creating and supervising rectification plans, coaching mentoring and providing Customer Service assistance, responding to complaints.

  • As a part of the Continuous Improvement team, created and implemented the project of reduction trays rejection rates, achieving better performance results, cutting queuing time and boosting customer satisfaction.
